Making a Classy Wooden Seat (for my Kayak)

When I saw one of Nick Schade’s wooden kayak seats I had to make one for my kayak, it’s a beautiful design. I reckon it would also make a great seat for a stool or chair. One thing I meant to mention in the video but forgot, was some of the grain of the wooden pieces running in opposite directions isn’t ideal. As this seat will be fibreglassed it will be stabilised and wood movement won’t be an issue.
